Your program week is personal. The live topic is shared.
New students may begin every Monday as seats become available. Your program week determines your diagnostic, mastery test, remediation, and NGN case. The calendar determines the common live topic. Across your six weeks, you receive the complete live-topic cycle while progressing through your own Week 1–6 assessment path.

I'm Coach Rob—an RN who has lived both sides of the transition.
I was educated in the Philippines, became a registered nurse in the United States, and built my clinical and leadership career in Washington State. Most recently, I served as a Clinical Nurse Manager with Northwest Kidney Centers.
I understand the knowledge Filipino nurses bring—and the shift in thinking the NCLEX expects. I created this program because I want enough time to see how each nurse thinks, identify the bottleneck, and coach the decision-making behind the answer.

- Six scheduled weeks on Google Meet: Wednesday teaching, 7–9 PM, and Friday coached review, 7–8:30 PM Philippine Time. Group Q&A is included within these hours; sessions end on time.
- Monday starts depend on acceptance and available places. Your exact six-week start and end dates are confirmed before payment. Live topics follow the shared rotating calendar; your assignments follow your personal Week 1–6 path.
- The initial pilot has up to eight active students. One live group has a maximum of 12 active coached students total across all start dates. Founding places may span more than one intake.
- Plan for 150 diagnostic questions, 75 targeted practice questions, NGN case work, rationale review, remediation and a short reflection each week, in addition to the 3.5 live hours. Your confirmed study plan explains the assigned assessments. A personal study-hour estimate is not guaranteed.
- Written onboarding and shared class handouts are included. NCLEX RN Mastery requires your own separate subscription after acceptance; tuition does not include that purchase.
Personal feedback and private academic questionsOne feedback note and one focused question each week
- Up to six personal feedback notes: one per paid coaching week, reviewed by Coach Rob from your weekly assessment pattern and one reflection of up to 150 words. Each note identifies a strength, a reasoning gap, two study priorities and one next practice task. The Week 6 note includes your final progress summary; there is no additional consultation or official NCLEX-readiness prediction.
- Submit the weekly work by Saturday, 8 PM. Feedback is returned by the following Tuesday, 5 PM, or the next working day if that Tuesday is a Philippine public holiday.
- Up to six private question threads through Ask Coach Rob: one per paid coaching week, submitted by Friday, 5 PM. Each question covers one program item or study concept, includes your reasoning and is no more than 200 words.
- Each question includes one clarification on the same point, up to 100 words, requested within three working days of the reply. A new item or topic uses a new weekly allowance. Live group participation does not consume the private-question allowance.
- Unused allowances do not accumulate. If a paid active week remains, late work can use that week's single feedback slot; it does not create extra reviews or extend enrollment. Coaching reviews patterns and selected reasoning, not every answer in an entire practice test or question bank.
Response times, channels and service limitsTwo full working days · no continuous chat coverage
- Academic questions and their included clarification receive a reply within two full working days after effective receipt. Working days are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Philippine Time, excluding Philippine public holidays. These hours define response calculations; they do not promise continuous availability.
- Messages after 5 PM or on a non-working day are treated as received at the start of the next working day. A Monday morning message is due a reply by Wednesday, 5 PM; a Saturday message is treated as received Monday and is due a reply by Wednesday, 5 PM, assuming no holidays.
- Payment, access, cancellation and administrative concerns use rob@nclexcoachrob.com, with an initial response within two working days. These concerns do not use your academic-question allowance. Provider-dependent resolution may take longer; the separate refund-initiation deadline is seven calendar days.
- Private makeup classes, recurring one-to-one sessions, custom mock exams, full external-test reviews, unlimited messages, unscheduled calls, personal social-media coaching and weekend academic replies are not included. Additional services are available only if separately offered and agreed.
- No NCLEX pass guarantee or ongoing coaching until your examination date is included. Results alone do not create a refund entitlement; this does not limit remedies for a service that was not delivered as promised.
Catch-up resources and when support endsA weekly replay or recap · 14-day read-only archive
- One core-teaching replay or written lesson recap is provided weekly, within two working days of Wednesday's teaching session. If recording is unavailable, a written recap is provided. Sensitive individual coaching and every Friday discussion are not promised as recordings.
- Missing a class does not create a private makeup lesson. If Coach Rob cancels a session, the agreed replacement/refund rules apply.
- After the six-week program is completed, available paid materials, feedback and completed records remain accessible for 14 calendar days in read-only form. This includes no new academic topics, assessment grading or extra classes.
- Timely final-week submissions, questions and their permitted clarification are still completed within the stated response windows, even when delivery falls after Week 6 or a holiday extends a deadline beyond the archive period. This completes an existing obligation; it does not extend support for new work.

- A founding place is confirmed after acceptance, a verified full payment or first ₱4,950 installment, and a confirmed start date. Applying alone does not reserve a place or rate. If a founding student cancels before starting, that place is released; once a student starts, the place counts toward the founding 12 even if they later withdraw.
- The founding rate receives no further discount. Any separately offered standard-tuition discount must be confirmed in writing and cannot be combined with another offer. Your exact tuition option and payment dates are confirmed before you pay.
Installment dates and access after each paymentFirst payment before starting · balance Thursday of Week 3
- After acceptance, pay the first installment before your confirmed Monday start: ₱4,950 for founding students or ₱8,000 for standard installments. The equal second installment is due Thursday of your Week 3 at 5 PM Philippine Time. Your actual calendar due date is stated at enrollment; reminders are scheduled for Monday of Week 3 and Thursday morning.
- The first verified payment provides onboarding, your dashboard, personal Weeks 1–3 assignments and assessments, the first three calendar weeks of scheduled live classes, corresponding materials and the agreed coaching/support for those weeks.
- The second verified payment provides the remaining three calendar weeks of classes, personal Weeks 4–6 work, corresponding materials and remaining agreed coaching/support. Lessons are released on schedule even if you pay early. Keep the same account and password; your progress is preserved.
- If the balance is unpaid when Week 4 starts, new classes, assignments and coaching pause. Previously paid materials and completed records remain available through your original program end date. Feedback and included replies already owed on timely paid Week 3 work are still delivered.
- There is no late-payment penalty initially. Late payment does not automatically extend enrollment or create private makeup lessons. If the original remaining service cannot be delivered, agree any revised schedule before paying the late balance. Access is granted after payment is verified in the provider/bank record; a QR scan or screenshot alone is not confirmation.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refundsFull pre-start refund · unused future weeks refunded after starting
- Cancel in writing before your confirmed Week 1 Monday start for a full refund of Coach Rob tuition paid. Onboarding access alone does not forfeit that refund. There is no cancellation or administration fee.
- For voluntary withdrawal after starting, retain only the agreed value of weeks already begun and made available as promised; refund paid value for future unstarted weeks. Divide your agreed total tuition into six equal-value weeks. Refund = the greater of zero or tuition paid minus (agreed total tuition × weeks begun ÷ 6), rounded to centavos. Use Philippine Time and the timestamp your cancellation email is received.
- For example, a founding student who paid ₱4,950 and withdraws after two begun weeks has ₱3,300 retained and receives ₱1,650 back. A standard installment student who paid ₱8,000 and withdraws after two begun weeks receives ₱2,666.67 back. Do not recalculate a founding student's completed weeks at a higher tuition rate.
- On formal withdrawal before Week 4, the unearned second installment is waived, future coaching access ends and the seat is released. Mere nonpayment is not a cancellation request. Refunded future services/materials are no longer accessible; completed assessment, progress and payment records are preserved.
- Missing a session or not opening an assignment does not itself create a refund if the service was provided as promised. If Coach Rob cancels the whole program before it begins, all tuition collected is refunded. If the remaining program cannot be delivered, agree a replacement schedule or receive a refund for the undelivered portion; a voucher is not compulsory.
- A provider-cancelled session is replaced as agreed or its undelivered value refunded. The ordinary voluntary-withdrawal calculation does not limit remedies for materially misrepresented, defective or undelivered services, or other rights provided by applicable law.
- Send cancellation/refund requests with your enrollment name/reference to rob@nclexcoachrob.com. A calculation is provided and the refund initiated within seven calendar days of receiving the request and necessary payment-matching details. Bank/provider posting may take additional time. Refund to the original payment method where available; routine processing fees are absorbed rather than deducted as surprise charges.
- Coach Rob refunds cover Coach Rob tuition. A separately purchased Mastery subscription follows that provider's own cancellation and refund terms.

Do I need to wait for a new cohort?
No. New students may begin on Monday as seats become available. Your proposed start date will be confirmed after your application is reviewed.
How do live classes work with rolling starts?
You follow your own Week 1–6 assessment path while the active group attends the same rotating live topic. Across your six weeks, you receive the complete live-topic cycle.
How much is tuition?

When is the second installment due?
Thursday of your Week 3 at 5 PM Philippine Time. The first verified payment covers Weeks 1–3 and the first three calendar weeks of classes; the second verified payment covers the remaining three weeks. Your actual due date is confirmed before payment. Unpaid stage-two access pauses when Week 4 begins; progress is preserved.
What personal support is included?
One coach-reviewed feedback note and one focused private question per paid week, up to six of each. A question includes one clarification on the same point. Academic replies take up to two full working days. Unused allowances do not accumulate. Read the full program terms above for deadlines, channels and exclusions.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel before your confirmed start for a full tuition refund. After starting, voluntary withdrawals receive a refund for paid future unstarted weeks, using your agreed tuition divided over six weeks. An unearned second installment is waived on formal withdrawal before Week 4. Provider failures and statutory remedies are handled separately. Read the full cancellation/refund terms above.
Is this a traditional NCLEX review center?
No. This is a diagnostic review and clinical-judgment coaching program. It complements a QBank or content review by helping you understand your error patterns and improve how you make NCLEX decisions.
Who is this program for?
It is designed for fresh Philippine nursing graduates and experienced RNs preparing for the NCLEX-RN, including working nurses who need a structured but manageable plan.
Is the QBank included?
No. Students must maintain a separate active NCLEX RN Mastery subscription after acceptance. Apply first; accepted students receive purchase and setup instructions before enrollment is confirmed.
What if I miss a class?
A core-teaching replay or written recap is provided weekly within two working days of Wednesday's class. A missed class does not create a private makeup lesson. Sensitive coaching is not shared in recordings. Available paid materials and records remain read-only for 14 days after full-program completion; timely final-week replies are still honored.
Does joining guarantee that I will pass?
No ethical program can guarantee an NCLEX result. The goal is to identify your weaknesses, improve your clinical judgment, and help you prepare with greater clarity and discipline.
